1.1. Why are the products so advantageous

The products sold by Comservices are usually not new products but refurbished. These are products that have been used before but now get a second life because they are technically and cosmetically overhauled. Not only do the products look like new again, but they also function like new.

1.2. A-Grade quality refurbishment, what does that mean?

A-Grade products are those where only minimal traces of use are visible on the product, this means that scratches on the device are minimal, the keys are clean and easy to read, the displays are free of noticeable scratches. All products are individually packed in a box with their own product label, desk units are delivered with a new curly cord.

1.3. What payment options are available?

With Comservices, paying for your order is always easy. Choose your preferred platform. We're equipped for it. Of course, we also support various credit cards, PayPal and Klarna.

Invoice Business customers can also order from us by invoice. We will then send the invoice with your order. From that moment you have 14 days to pay the invoice. Please note: this option is only for companies and we always do a credit check beforehand. If your company is less than 1 year old, we can unfortunately not deliver on invoice. This is because the order amount is not covered by our credit insurance if payment is not made. In addition, private individuals and sole proprietorships are difficult to assess by companies that carry out credit checks because they do not have to file annual figures and therefore have no access to them. iDEAL (Netherlands) If you choose to pay with iDEAL, you will automatically enter the secure environment of iDeal. Through this safe connection you will log in to your own bank to complete the payment.

Credit card - MasterCard / Visa / AMEX Do you prefer to pay by credit card? Then we offer you several possibilities to pay via MasterCard, Visa and Amex. Just enter your name, credit card number, expiry date and the verification code and your payment is complete.

PayPal If you choose to pay with PayPal, we will redirect you to PayPal's secure website. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. If you have given your approval, we will receive a signal and your order will be processed.

Klarna If you choose to pay afterwards with Klarna, we will send you to Klarna's secure payment page. Through this secure connection you confirm your order with your date of birth and your e-mail address, in some cases you should log in to your bank for verification.

1.4. Can I order on invoice and pay afterwards?

It is possible to order by invoice and pay afterwards by bank transfer at Comservices. However, we will carry out a credit check for new customers. It is also possible to send us a Purchase Order in your own company's format. Read more about this in question 1.3 'What are my payment options? Should you consider this, the afterpayment service Klarna can also be an option.

1.5. Can I track my order?

Comservices ships most orders with UPS. After payment we ship the order and provide you with a UPS track & trace code. Products are reported for shipment within 2 working days and will be delivered the next working day, shipments to Belgium and Luxembourg take on average 1 day longer, for shipments outside the Benelux the delivery time may vary.

1.6. What is the delivery time?

The processing of an order takes on average 48 hours, after which the order is transferred to the parcel courier UPS, orders within the Netherlands are delivered in one day, with the exception of weekends and / or holidays.

1.7. How much are the shipping costs?

Comservices uses the standard shipping costs of UPS. The costs depend on your location. In the Benelux, the charges are free from €100,-. For more information on costs, please refer to the UPS Service & Rates Guide by clicking 'here'.

1.8. Is my order insured?

All orders purchased through Comservices are covered by UPS standard insurance, regardless of the size or price of the product.

2. Warranty & Defects

2.1. Do I get a guarantee on my products?

Comservices provides a 1-year warranty on all hardware, except for defects caused by your own actions - fall, impact, damage and contact with moisture/liquids. In case of hardware failure, you can claim under warranty. The hardware must be proven purchased at Comservices and must be returned or reported within the warranty period of 1 year, mentioning your order details.

2.2. One of the products ordered is faulty, what do I do?

Returning products is at your own expense. If the product is delivered in defective condition, Comservices will cover the transport costs. If the product is returned for another reason, we will not reimburse the transport costs. For questions, please mail to info@comservices.nl

3. Returns

3.1. What is the 14-day return policy?

U heeft het recht om het aangeschafte product binnen 14 dagen na aanschaf te retourneren, het retourneren is voor eigen rekening. Voor informatie betreft het retourneren van een bestelling neemt u contact op via info@comservices.nl

3.2. Hebben jullie mijn retourpakket ontvangen?

Wanneer Comservices uw retour pakket ontvangt, sturen wij u zo spoedig mogelijk per email een bevestiging. Hoe lang dit duurt hangt af van uw locatie, verzendtijd en datum. Zorg ervoor dat uw retourzending orderinformatie of een factuur kopie bevat. Mocht u nog enige twijfels hebben neemt u contact op via info@comservices.nl

3.3. Wanneer ontvang ik mijn terugbetaling?

Wanneer Comservices uw retour pakket heeft ontvangen, wordt het uitstaande bedrag binnen 14 werkdagen terugbetaald. Het terug te storten bedrag wordt terugbetaald op dezelfde manier waarop de bestelling aanvankelijk betaald werd.

4. Account

4.1. Ik heb nog geen account/ Hoe maak ik een account aan?

Door ‘hier’ te klikken maakt u een account aan of logt u in. Een account helpt het betalingsproces sneller doorlopen, meerdere adressen opslaan, bestellingen bekijken en volgen en meer.

4.2. Hoe wijzig ik mijn adresgegevens?

Door ‘hier’ te klikken of bij uw eerstvolgende bestelling uw (oude) facturatieadres en eventueel uw afleveradres, die automatisch voor u worden ingevuld (na te zijn ingelogd), te wijzigen. De nieuwe/gewijzigde gegevens worden dan voor u opgeslagen.
